My kitchen journey has accompanied me since my teenage years, when I learned that every meal carries love and energy for whoever receives it. I started alongside my parents in a family catering business, serving small companies from the air taxi industry, and later with a home buffet service. Today, I work as a private chef at home and also provide services for other chefs. I create menus based on each client’s needs, with traditional options, vegan options, gluten-free, lactose-free, and also baking and desserts. My focus is to offer a personalized experience, with care in every detail and flavor in every dish.
