PERSONAL CHEF IN YOUR HOME

I’m a chef and personal chef, trained by IGA in 2019, with experience in restaurants, professional kitchens, and catering. Throughout my career, I’ve held different roles, from kitchen assistant to lead cook, sous-chef, and production chef. My restaurant journey—at Glouton, Pacato, Olivia Mediterrâneo, Trintaeum, and more—has given me solid experience in culinary techniques, kitchen organization, dish production and execution, as well as leadership and teamwork. Today, I use all of that experience to create a proposal that reflects what I believe about food: bringing the experience of eating well at a restaurant into people’s homes. My work combines technique, flavor, care, and hospitality, providing a special dining experience—with the quality of a restaurant, and the comfort, intimacy, and freedom of being at home. My essence is simple: restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your home.
