Cooking is a skill that cannot be lost, because it makes us dependent on being fed, stripping away our ability to prepare our own food. In my classes, I teach beyond the basics, with nutritional, technical, and philosophical approaches to food for both children and adults.

Free cancellation up to 29h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
