Contratei o Churrasco tradicional (Menu Tradicional) do Marcos para um almoço com amigos. As carnes - fraldinha e pernil defumado - estavam no ponto, os acompanhamentos (farofa, maionese de batata) funcionaram bem; só achei o tempero da sobrecoxa um pouco mais suave do que eu costumo gostar. No geral valeu.
Que serviço bacana. Fez o Menu Mais Pedido com picanha, alcatra, maminha e panceta, tudo bem grelhado, cuidou das compras e deixou a cozinha limpinha. Fiquei muito satisfeito, recomendo demais.
Adorei o jeito do Marcos. Pedi o Churrasco tradicional com linguiça toscana, tulipinha e pão de alho; as crianças comeram tudo e eu fiquei encantada com a maionese de batata. Profissional e simpático.
