I’ll make a personalized menu for you based on your preferences and your routine. I portion everything the way you want and organize the kitchen the way it was when I arrived. I can also follow meal plans from nutritionists, which gives you extra peace of mind that you’ll be able to stick to it—especially when you’re too tired to cook.
