Raw Leaf Salad
The leaves used will be your choice based on your dietary preferences, with suggestions including kale, lettuce, watercress, Swiss chard, grated carrot, red onion, cucumber. Served with yogurt dressing made with plain yogurt, mustard, lemon, and honey.
Bean Stew (Feijão)
Cooked beans seasoned with bay leaf, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion. You can add complementary items such as dried beef (charque), Sausage (Sausage), and others of your choice. You can also choose the type of beans to your liking: cowpeas (feijão de corda), red beans (feijão vermelho), small beans (feijão fraquinho), white beans (feijão branco), or black beans (feijão preto).
