Hi, my name is Vanessa Molina. Cooking for me has always been an art and a passion—a space where I can do my alchemy and turn references into unforgettable experiences. My relationship with food started in childhood, with my maternal and paternal grandmothers, in a family with Spanish and Neapolitan roots.

I’m trained in gastronomy and functional nutrition, and throughout my journey I’ve broadened my toolkit through experiences in different places, restaurants, and alongside chefs who helped shape my technical development. Today I work as a personal chef, paying close attention to what each client needs—aiming to understand preferences and create a made-to-measure experience.
