I’m Chef Vivi Ervollino, and I’ve been working in gastronomy since 2015. My journey began with Marmitaria Papai na Cozinha, an experience that taught me a lot and strengthened my passion for cooking, entrepreneurship, and connecting with people.

In 2022, I started my work as a Personal Chef, offering a personalized, exclusive service for each client. I believe that cooking goes far beyond preparing a good meal: it means understanding tastes, respecting routines, taking care of the details, and turning ingredients into moments of care and pleasure.

I enjoy working closely with people, adapting each experience to the needs and preferences of everyone, always with attention, dedication, and a love for cooking.

Contratei a marmita da semana (pacote Home Chef) e achei ótimo o porcionamento e a organização das marmitas. Só atrasou uns 10 minutos, e achei o tempero um pouco mais suave do que eu costumo, mas no geral recomendo.

Fiquei encantada com a Sálvia Casa de Congelados e com as marmitas da semana da Vivi. Tudo veio bem identificado, ela deixou a cozinha limpinha e ainda me deu ótimas dicas de congelamento - adorei.

Gostei muito dos 6 a 8 preparos que ela fez aqui em casa, tudo fresco e prático para a semana. O único ponto é que esperava um tempero um pouco mais marcante, mas deu super certo pro nosso dia a dia.

  3. 3 You pay when you reserve. If the chef doesn't accept, or something is wrong with the booking, we refund you in full.
  4. 4 Once confirmed, you chat with the chef to adjust the menu, dietary needs and timing your way.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
