With more than 15 years of experience in gastronomy, I built my path through professional kitchens—moving from leadership roles to my current work as an Executive Chef. My kitchen brings together Brazilian, Portuguese, Mediterranean, and Italian references, using contemporary techniques with the freedom to explore different cultures and ingredients. As a Personal Chef, I turn every occasion into a tailored experience: private dinners, brunches, celebrations, Portuguese food experiences, weekends at country houses or the beach, and intimate events. I take care of the entire process—from menu planning and shopping to preparation, execution, and organization—so the client can simply receive, celebrate, and enjoy. My kitchen is professional. The experience is personal.
